YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Petition for Administration in the Estate of Johnnie McElvy has been filed at the Gadsden County Courthouse, 10 East Jefferson Street, Quincy, Florida 32351, along with an application to quiet title to the following described real property located in Gadsden County, Florida:
A parcel of land lying and being in the East one-half of Section 28, Township 3 North, Range 4 West, Gadsden County, Florida, and being a part of a 20.45 acre tract of land as described in Official Records Book 358, Page 460 of the Public Records of said county, said 20.45 acre tract also known to be Lot 2 of Greater Farms at Quincy, unit No 2, a subdivision as per a map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 36 of said Public Records, said parcel being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
Commence at a 4 inch by 4-inch concrete monument (R.L.S.#3031) known as marking the Southwest Corner of said Lot 2, and run thence North 00 degrees 58 minutes 55 seconds East (Bearing Base) along the Western boundary of said Lot 2 a distance of 239 point 14 feet 2A 5/8 inch re-bar (R.L.S. #3031): thence South 89 degrees 01 minutes 05 seconds East 515.20 feet to a re-bar (PSM#3031) for the POINT of BEGINNING, from said POINT OF BEGINNING, Thence continue South 89 degrees 01 minutes 05 seconds East along said Eastern boundary a distance of 787.51 feet 2A concrete monument (Department of Transportation said Right-of-Way) also said Point being a Point curve to the right; thence North Westerly along said South Westerly right-of-way boundary and said curve with a radius of 608 point 69 feet through a central angle of 19 degrees 29 minutes 43 seconds for an arc thence North 84 degrees 46 minutes 16 seconds West 66.50 feet 2A re-bar (PSM #3031) thence South 02 degrees 06 minutes 14 seconds West 342.72 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
and you are required to serve a copy of your written responses or defenses, if any, to the Petition on HAROLD M. KNOWLES, ESQ., Plaintiff’s counsel, whose address is 528 East Park Avenue, Tallahassee, FL 32301, on or before thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this notice, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff’s counsel or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
